How to
Exfoliate your Skin Properly
From loading antioxidants to invest in laser leather coatings, there are many ways to get smooth skin, shine, healthy that we all want. Exfoliation remains among the best ways to improve your skin's texture and tone, and that is something we can all do at home.
What is the Peeling of the Skin?
Establishing the skin is the process of removing dead cells
from the outer layer of your skin using exfoliation, which can be peeling
chemicals or physical. There are several ways to exfoliate physically.
The first involves using skin care tools, such as sponges,
towels or brushes, on your skin to move and remove dead skin cells. Other
methods involve using liquids, gels or scrubs with granules such as microbeads
or sugar to smooth and enhance the skin.
By peeling chemicals, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAS), hydroxy
beta acid (BHA) or enzymes are used to loosen substances such as glue that
brings together dead skin cells so that it is easily removed.
Why do you
have to Peel your Skin?
Your skin is constantly repairing and replacing it yourself.
Therefore, you can be
left with a layer on the layer of dead skin throughout
your body. Exfoliating helps eliminate your body from these remaining dead skin
cells, reveal healthier and brighter skin.
While brighter skin is of course a joy, exfoliation can
actually help improve your skin health too. If your skin is full of dead cells,
your skin care products may not be
able to penetrate and do their work. By removing the top skin layer, you make
it easier for your topical maintenance to sink in under the surface where they
can make a difference.
If you have acne prone skin, peeling skin can help cleanse
clogged pores that often cause breakouts. It can also help fade acne scars
faster by accelerating the turn of skin cells and stimulating collagen
production.
How to Peel
your Face?
When using physical exfoliation, start by washing your face
with your regular cleanser. Then, take a number of Scrub sizes of your face and
apply it to your face in a circular motion, avoid the eye area. Massage
products gently to the skin as long as your specific product recommends,
usually from 30 seconds to a full minute. Then, rinse with warm water and pat
your skin gently with clean towels. Follow with a hydrating mask, serum or
cream.
When using exfoliant chemical, wash your face with ordinary
cleaners. If your chemical exfoliant is present in the fabric or pad that has
been moistened, apply the entire face, neck, décolleté, and even the upper part
of your hand.
Leave a few minutes to peel chemistry completely absorbed
into the skin before moving to the next step in your regimen, which may be a
treatment serum or cream. Do the same for exfoliants in the form of gel or
serum. Some types of chemical exceptions, often called "skin," used
similar to mask applications and are required to be rinsed after a few minutes.
Always check your product label to ensure you use it correctly.
